Season 5

A night in white. With our audience dressed in their best take on texture, alongside moody lighting, and the interior design with flowing robes and mysterious spaces, the Union Station took on an ethereal feel for the night. A red carpet moment, live jazz, and mixed drinks brought an elevated aura for our guests. With the designers dreaming big for their models, everyone went home feeling inspired by a night of creative expression.

GLW Couture

GLW COUTURE is a slow fashion luxury brand that specializes in made-to-order womenswear. Every unique piece is handcrafted from thoughtfully designed patterns, and sewn using materials that are safe for those with sensory sensitivity.

With a background in styling, photography, film, and performing arts, designer Grace Walton is no stranger to the art world. Oftentimes, Walton uses photography and painting as supporting mediums to help convey the emotional aspect to her designs.

The phrase “wearable art that depicts history and timeless elegance” is the GLW’s slogan, as the designer recognizes the importance of fashion’s history while drafting her own designs. She is heavily inspired by 90's couture, specifically from John Galliano and Alexander Mcqueen, and strives to bring back theatrical runway.
